Description

After being in the fitness industry for years, Illie (@healthillie) realized that counting her calories/macros, taking all the fitness supplements and playing into "everything in moderation" was no longer serving her. She was suffering from chronic migraines, hormonal acne, terrible bloating after every meal, heavy painful periods, eczema, you name it, and being ignored by doctors and specialists who told her that her blood work was normal and her diet was fine - we've been there once too! Illie felt like she hit a wall with her health, took matters into her own hands, and started doing her own research on ingredients and corruption within the food/fitness industries. What she found completely changed her outlook on health and led her to create a platform for exposing the ugly truths about how our food and everyday products are making us sick. She's now made it her life's mission to share this information with others so that we can all make informed decisions as consumers and take power back over our own health.
You can shop Illie's store HERE where all of the products she sells have been vetted by Illie herself and held to high standards when it comes to what's actually clean and what's not.
