Marcus Brown is a runner from London, He is a World Marathon Majors Six Star Finisher, writer, England Athletics LiRF Coach. He went from a 4:55 to a sub 3 marathon. He is keen to enjoy the running journey and to see what his best looks like.
Marcus is host of a runner’s life podcast, the aim is to share the commonalities that exist between runners of all abilities.
Marcus is cofounder of Black Trail Runner’s, a community and campaigning group. He is committed to increase the inclusion, participation and representation of people of colour to get active in outdoor spaces.
