Questions covered tonight: we are going to be talking about the Covid-19k Challenge medals, and discussing whether the UTMB will be going ahead. I’ve got the top 3 pieces of training advice for trail races for road runners, we’ve got chafing and blisters covered, talking about plantar fasciitis, nutrition - when to eat on long runs and how to deal with stomach problems from high sugar bars and gels, we’ve also got some advice for runners in their 50’s. And I’ll try to get through as many of your questions on the live chat as well if we have time.
