Tiffany O'Donnell talks to Annette Hamilton, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ho-Chunk, Inc. Annette joined the company in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2004. She oversees the daily operations of the Ho-Chunk, Inc’s subsidiary companies which is a tribally owned development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. She serves on the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City – Omaha Branch, Mercy One Siouxland Medical Center, and New Mexico Community Capital. Annette earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Gallup Strengths coach. She is an enrolled member of the Kickapoo Tribe of Kansas.On today's episode, Annette talks about her journey, the women that came before her and the importance of mentorship and how you can give back as a mentor.
