Today Michelle and I will be cooking cheesy jalapeno poppers. For this you will need: 12 to 14 jalapeno peppers that are half, seeded and the ribs will be removedOne and a half cups of chickpeas, drained and rinsedOne 15 ounce package of the extra firm tofu3 TBSP of apple cider vinegar3 garlic clovestwo tablespoons of white miso paste1 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika2 tsp of onion powder1/2 cup of nutritional yeast flakes For garnishing, you'll have a quarter of a cup of the panko bread crumbs or you can make your own and half a teaspoon of smoked paprika.
