They first began this venture in 2012 when a few of their close friends claimed they would eat healthier if someone else were to cook the meals. This sparked an idea within the sisters that has now expanded to "soon to be" 3 stores throughout the Dallas metroplex. Their "takeaway-only" shops offer weekly meal plans, baked goods and individual meals to go. All foods are to-go, organic, with fresh ingredients, non-GMO, whole grains, and without the use of refined sugar. You cannot get any healthier than what Nature's Plate offers.
