This year our focus will be on providing interviews with tips on Lifestyle Medicine. We want to feature eating healthfully, using exercise as medicine, getting enough sleep and building relationships. We are basically promoting Blue Zone living. What can you expect to hear on our podcast in 2020? We will have more of the same. But we will also have guests on our show who will speak about the environment, animal welfare and about the importance of spending time in nature. We both enjoy creating content for our podcast show.
