Description
+++ ENROLLMENT IS A STRATEGY +++
How often have you seen a sign like this: Open For Enrollment?
I tend to see it a lot during the Summertime when kids are out of school and businesses are competing to get a jump on kids' summer activities. Getting the kids in and as many as they can is the business' objectives.
No kids, no business.
Many of these businesses use a lot of incentives to get them to sign up early.
This strategy is one that leaders need to adopt when it comes to getting their people to have an early buy-in to the vision and mission of the organization.
What if leaders "enrolled" their people into the early stages of planning?
What if they approached their leadership from a bottom-up rather than a top-down position?
What if?
In this episode, our guest Nicole Jansen dives into a concept called Enrollment that provides answers to these questions and more.
