We don't know the value of something or someone until we lose it or them? Am I right?
Have you ever lost something that was special to you? Can you recall how you felt?
Or were you one of those who shrugged it off as "no big deal" or "it's their loss."
Some leaders do that very thing until it starts to hurt the bottom line.  What they fail to realize that they are the common denominator to these losses.
