Description

Dr. Michael Crawley spent fifteen months living in Ethiopia, where he trained with the country's top runners.  Michael, a 2:20 marathoner and anthropologist, combined his passions for research and running to learn and write on the training methods in Ethiopia that make champions. This is a fascinating conversation with so many takeaways that we can apply to our own training.  Michael's book, Out of Thin Air, is available online and in bookstores.  We will be giving away a free copy to one lucky listener this week.  To enter, leave a review on Apple Podcasts or share our podcast on social media.
