She eventually missed a workout session, and her listeners inquired about her CrossFit experience, brushing off the notion that it didn't matter if she couldn't accomplish it and stating that life happens. However, she recognized that she is doing herself a disservice if she does not attempt something new.   Be Coachable and Trainable [04:11] Suppose you want to run without pain.
