Description
We met Jim 7 years ago when Craig had a shoulder issue no one could fix. I remember it got so bad he stopped all upper body training for months. He saw numerous physios and specialists and no one could give him an answer or provide any relief from the pain. A friend referred us to Jim and within 3 visits Craig was pain free and back training. Jim is a physio by trade but has developed a nerve lock release therapy to treat pain. He's worked with numerous high profile athletes and celebrities not only in Australia but around the globe. We’ve sent 100's of people to Jim over the last 7 years, including my own mother and brother in law.I’ve done a podcast with Jim previously and when I went out to our audience asking who they wanted me to interview, Jim was on the list. Through his work he gets to talk with women who often share how unhappy they are in their relationships, career and life and struggle to do it all, especially when they have kids. So we thought we’d get together and talk about relationships, communication and why women are killing themselves to have it all. Specifically we talk about: ➡️How to communicate in a relationship so each person is satisfied➡️The overlapping of masculine and feminine roles today and how this can increase stress➡️How sacrifices may need to be made to truly be happy➡️Finding a balance between work and kids➡️How to put your ego aside for honest and truthful communicationLINKSFollow Kitty on Instagram ? https://www.instagram.com/kittyblomfield/Follow Jim on Instagram ? https://www.instagram.com/jim_bostock/
