This can happen within 30 days. .   1: Gradually transition into ketosis, and do not practice fasting yet. Use an app to calculate how many carbohydrates you are currently having each day. Drop your carbohydrates by 50%, and increase healthy fats and protein by 50%. Do this for 7 days until you reach the desired effect of 50 grams per day of carbohydrates. . 2: Eat until full and no snacking in between meals. The human body has mechanisms in place to let you know when you are full, and to stop eating. Let's develop this relationship. Eating until full will hold you over so that you do not snack in between meals. Snacking raises glucose and insulin teaching your body to be in a sugar burning fed state. Insulin is the bully of the block! . 3: Make sure you get 7 hours of quality sleep each night.
