    Javier has many international Certifications in Sports Nutrition, Training and Sports pharmacology from institutes recognized worldwide such as the IFBB Academy of Spain and the Instituto Internacional de Acondicionamiento Físico y Nutrición Deportiva INAF of Mexico, also he is a competitor in the Mens Physique Fitness division who has not only extensive sporting experience since 2015 but also has won several national and international titles such as South American Championship, national championships and 8 times Overall champ in his city Cuenca in the IFFB and regional champion in NPC.

    Nowadays he also shares his knowledge and experience coaching around the world, with great results at competitive level in fitness disciplines, adding important achievements such as South American medalists in the Bikini Fitness division and national runners-up in the Mens Physique división. Also helping to change habits and lifestyles with his mentoring highlighting great physical changes in many people amateurs and recreational fitness especially in America.
