Mango Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced (about 400g / 14 oz)
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
2. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the mixture.
3. Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and gently toss to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
