Ingredients:
- 200g (7 oz) tomatoes, diced
- 200g (7 oz) fresh mozzarella, diced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Baguette, sliced
Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 crostini

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast until crispy, about 5 minutes.
