She loves preparing food for her friends—everything from appetizers to desserts to entrees—and enjoys using whatever is on hand for out-of-the-box experimenting. She has also been known to use an actual recipe from time to time, especially if it’s her grandmother’s or her mother’s recipe. This is her first cookbook. Besides deviled eggs, her favorite meals to prepare are Spanish in origin. She lives in the Napa region of northern California with her two indoor cats, Daisy and Punkin, and her two outdoor cats, Lulu and Nellie.
