About this ebook
Sick and tired of birthdays? Me too
A series of brief but impassioned rants about birthdays. Each and every one of us has one – I have no desire to celebrate mine!
I really couldn't care less about them. In Not So Caring, you'll see why. It's not just my own I can't stand; there are aspects of other people's I find frustrating too.
But it's not all negative. After I've ranted and raved, I round things off with a final, more positive piece of writing that's about the few positive aspects of birthdays.
Do you hate being the centre of attention on the day you were born? Can't be bothered to deal with other people's celebrations?
If you're like me and you dislike birthdays, you should enjoy reading Not So Caring.
Buy now and see what this cynic has to say about birthdays. You may well agree with some of my opinions

THEY REMIND YOU THAT YOU’RE GETTING OLDER
What I detest the most about birthdays is that they’re an obnoxious, in-your-face reminder that you’re a year older and you can’t do anything about it. Yes, I’m well aware that my age has now officially increased by 1; no, I don’t need to be told about it again and again. Yes, I was born on this same day X number of years ago; no, I don’t feel the need to jump up and down with joy because that particular day has come around yet again like it does every year. You get my point.
One of the cruellest facts of life is that bodies age. We humans have a natural life cycle that we can’t avoid. We’re born as babies and grow into men or women, but eventually we reach our peak; we do this far too soon if you ask me. Yes, life is indeed fleeting.
