    Sometimes I was at a loss for what I should be thankful for, especially when I felt miserable. Occasionally, I would think, I’m glad I’m not in that situation, or I’m glad I’m not that person. This made me ask myself if I really had a right to complain; after all, there is always someone worse off than me. So, I began to think of all the things I could be thankful for.
