According to neurolinguistic programming, a thing done in the same way for 21 days becomes a habit. Build new habits!
This is just an idea, but also you can practice some other sport that calls your attention, his brain is younger than your body and it is open to help you with the dexterity of new things to learn.
Personally I started practicing karate after the fifties, and I have managed to become an active black belt, don’t panic, that is possible after you have the courage to challenge your routine.
The benefits have been wonderful, I am a healthier person that when I decided to learn something so unknown and, according to belief, a youth sport. To tell you something, at the beginning when I went to Karate school I asked the Sensei that if he really believed that I could be old
to become a black belt and he said yes. However, the weight of beliefs or prejudices is so great that I told my friends that I was going to Yoga classes. I was sorry they made fun of me. You see, at my 65 years old I became black belt Third Dan; a teacher or Sensei.
Cheer up!, don’t think you don’t feel laziness, many times I don’t want to go to my workouts, but I remember how I feel when I go out to train and this gives me strength to push myself. In addition, the benefits that exercise has on sleep improvement are incredible. How many sleeping pills can you save if you exercise regularly, the increase in your energy will be very noticeable, you will have strength for everything.
