Then you will discover the 4 biggest reasons behind your weight loss struggles. And finally you will discover a few simple principles about real food and how your body’s bio-mechanical machine
works. Then you will be introduced to a protocol and routine that simplifies it for you for 30 days. Afterwards, there are additional suggestions for after the 30 days which will guide you to keep the excess weight off forever and upgrade your life in a way you never thought possible!
It’s not about a specific diet.
No need to buy any fancy equipment.
No need to purchase any fake shakes, medication, or specially formulated supplements.
In a nutshell, the mission is to SIMPLIFY, so you can just DO, and transform your life.
You don’t even need to consult a doctor after reading this book; You can do the 30-day protocol right away.
