It frustrates me when I see advertisements and statements like: lose weight in 20 days
or get in shape in 7 minutes every day
or drink this chemically compounded product to lose weight,
diet plans that promise us we will lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks, and the list goes on. Who knows the long-term health issues they may cause you!
