    It frustrates me when I see advertisements and statements like: lose weight in 20 days or get in shape in 7 minutes every day or drink this chemically compounded product to lose weight, diet plans that promise us we will lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks, and the list goes on. Who knows the long-term health issues they may cause you!

    As we all know, these quick fixes don’t work in the long-term. If they did, we would ALL have the ideal body weight/shape we have dreamed of all our lives.
