Mindset is everything when you live with an autoimmune disease. How you choose to think about the life you were given decides how life will treat you. If you choose a negative mindset, you will find it harder to overcome medical obstacles in your way. You will find it harder to overcome your symptoms. If you choose to think positively, you are choosing strength. You are gaining power from not letting your diagnosis consume you.In today's episode, I discuss how you can find that positive mindset. I don't just talk about how you can achieve this mindset; instead, we do some exercises to help you establish routines and lifestyle changes that will ingrain this mindset within you.
