Brigadeiro Cake
Ingredients
- 300gr of Butter
- 300gr of Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 280gr of Flour
- 1 Tea Spoon of Baking Powder
- 40gr of Chocolate Powder
Filling & Coverage
- 300gr of Chocolate Tablet
- 3,5dl of Cream
- Granulated Chocolate
Brigadeiro Cake
Preparation
- Prepare the dough by mixing the butter and sugar very well. Add the eggs 1 by 1 with a good mix in between each egg. Add the strained flour with the baking powder and the chocolate powder.
- Take a 25cm diameter form and grease it with butter and next sprinkle it with flour. Put the dough inside the form and then put it in a 180ºC pre-heated oven, for 45min.
- When cooked, let it cool and then remove it from the form. Cut the cake in half in a longitudinal direction.
- In a pan, break the chocolate tablet into little pieces and add the cream. Mix them until it melts, and you get a homogeneous
