    Yesterday afternoon, as I read the various reviews requests for low calorie recipes, my sister was complaining because he wanted something good to eat but it was light because it is on a diet ... I managed to make a great dessert for 130 calories and the result was more than good, my sister and I there we handle everything and now I know we reply.

    Ingredients

    2 tablespoons of cereal (80 kcal)

    125 grams of yogurt natural (46 kcal)

    2 tablespoons of cream spray (85 kcal)

    40 g blackberries (14 kcal)

    1 tablespoon of fructose (40 kcal)

    How to Make

    Prepare a cream by mixing the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened whipped cream.

    Chop cereals arranging them on the basis of a cup.

    Pour over the cream to yogurt and level as possible.

    Prepare a blackberry sauce by melting the heat 2 teaspoons of fructose with a handful of blackberries. Let cool and sprinkle on the layer of yogurt.

    Put the yogurt dessert in the freezer for 40 minutes.
