    The Velocity LEAN Diet – Purpose

    The Velocity LEAN Diet is a diet designed to help create faster fat burning and puffiness reduction vs. the average diet.

    The Velocity LEAN Diet uses a key concept behind the Velocity BURN method (see VelocityBurn.net) of intensity engagement cycling, but applied to eating.  And this intensity engagement matrix cycle ended up working excellently which enabled the evolution into the Velocity LEAN Diet.
