    Who Am I?

    Who am I? Not the girls dem sugar. OK, sorry, that was a horrible Beenie Man joke. I know.

    I’m an interior designer that practices as a BIM/CAD technician, a part-time domestic violence advocate, and a part-time sales associate at a department store. In my spare time, I volunteer with AmeriCorps, my local recycling center, and Bridging the Gap.

    When I began my journey with keto, my focus wasn’t on losing weight. I’m busy! I’m too busy to diet, too busy to exercise, too busy to think about losing weight!
