About the Author
I am writing this book because so many people struggle with their weight and don’t believe they can do anything about it. Like me, many people have lost confidence in themselves due to being overweight. My entire young adult and adult life has been dedicated to helping people find solutions to their problems. While many of you believe you can’t do it, you have already taken the first step to succeed. Finding out what has worked for others and sticking to a plan. I never thought that I could lose weight. However, I found myself looking at a person I didn’t like anymore. In the past when I was interviewing for a job, I was very confident. I knew if I interviewed I was going to be offered the position. Recently that had stopped happening. I wasn’t actually sure what was happening. In reality it became a lack of confidence in the way I looked. When I began losing weight my confidence returned. I walked a little differently. I spoke with much more confidence. Going from obese to thin made all the difference in the world. Being thin makes the rest of the world perceive you differently. Others look at you in a whole new light and see you as you see yourself. When you are fat and not confident, everyone else sees that. When you are thin and confident, everyone else sees that too!
