Foreword

I would like to share a little bit of personal information. Growing up, my life was a struggle. It seemed that at every turn, doors were closed before me. I am a praying woman, and have been one all my life. My life did not begin to change until I journeyed within myself for answers. I had to take the quiet moments to connect to my soul and understand what my soul needed and desired. In order to connect to my soul I had to learn to silence all of the outside noise. Yoga became my channel for this. With yoga you have to do a few cycles of breathing to connect, and to remove stagnant energy. It may sound strange, but the practice of yoga for those that have not had the chance to experience this solace is actually quite spiritual. If you already have a spiritual connection, then the connection will become stronger. What you will soon realize is that in some way you are connected to everything and everyone. This reality, in turn creates a stronger connection to oneself.

Changing your mind about your life, finances, and about yourself will have a ripple effect on your future. Once you re-connect to your own soul, your own life, and your own happiness, you are no longer lonely. I meet a lot of lonely women in my everyday activities, they complain about not having someone to love them. Not being happy, not being complete, or satisfied. The bottom line is that they don’t know their true inner selves, and do not love themselves for who they are or who the might have grown to be. Once you find love for yourself, and realize that you are not alone, you will see that one God loves you and is with you. The Creator and Universe only wants the best for you.
