FOOD FOR THE SOUL

Everyone has their own journey with what they eat. I’ve been a nutritionist for ten years, but I started my career as a substance misuse counsellor. Working with vulnerable individuals made me see first-hand the healing power of food. At the time, I also had some digestion and skin issues, which I was able to overcome with a holistic approach to nutrition.

My mum was a weight-loss coach and a role model for me growing up. I was fascinated by her career. It was probably the one thing that sparked an interest in nutrition.
