Can you tell our readers about yourself? Where did you grow up?

I’m Nikki! I grew up in the Midwest, in a small town outside of Chicago. I am one of three sisters and grew up with lots of pets. To this day I’m close with my sisters and still love animals. My first real job was coding MySpace layouts. I did really well and was able to buy a car before I was even able to drive it. This entrepreneurial spirit has driven me my whole life and has brought me to where am I today - a successful business owner in Los Angeles.

We hear you have a very successful business, can you tell us all about it?

After learning about the Keto diet, I started to eat low carb. Immediately, the weight started melting off of me, I lost almost 9 pounds in the first week! I was hooked, and also confused.
