    INTRODUCTION

    I stood where you stand today. I was in your shoes and know how it feels. The anger, the frustration, the bitterness of wanting to change and yet always feeling stuck. Stepping, full of hope, on the scale, only to be disappointed once more. Jumping immediately back into old habits and punishing the self for not having succeeded.

    And then, the regrets, the remorse, the look in other people’s eyes full of judgment and silent criticisms. And the families advice repeatedly arguing, saying how easy it should be to just control the hunger.  The horrible stare at the restaurant when ordering a little more than anyone else, OK, a lot more than everyone else. Trying to camouflage the appetite by taking a side salad or a diet drink.

    Then, after a few days, the happiness of seeing the scale descending a notch. But that never lasts long enough. Feeling the tightness in the clothes and deciding that, after all, elastic bands to hold jogging pants was the best invention yet.

    I stand where you stand today. I was fat. I didn’t think it was that bad. I kind of thought I was OK. I didn’t really notice it when I saw my reflection in the mirror.

    One day, as I was looking at some pictures of me in a bathing suit, it hit me. I found I looked horrible. I thought I was ugly and felt really ashamed. How could I let myself get there. I felt disgust and anger. I couldn’t hide anymore. I had to do something about it.

    I used the techniques I share with you in this book to get rid of 8 sizes and keep the weight down. I took it slow but I won. I got rid of over 65 pounds. If I can do it, you can do it too!

    I did it on my own and, alone, it can be very difficult. I know, I was there.

    As a professional coach, I thought of combining my coaching methods which have been very successful with the participants to a weight loss program that will help you get where you want to be.

    As a coach, I will push you, I will encourage you, I will inspire you. But YOU need to do it!

    This is a one of a kind program that I fully created. It is meant to increase your self-esteem as you get rid of the unnecessary weight holding you back.
