A Message From The Author
Welcome to, Master Your Mind, Mood & Attitude In The Workplace. I’m Cassandra Mack, CEO of Strategies for Empowered Living Inc. and author and publisher of this book. My company, Strategies for Empowered Living Inc., is a New York based training and consulting company established in 2000 that equips individuals and organizations with tools and resources to maximize potential, build capacity and facilitate success.
For nearly two decades I have been conducting professional development seminars in the areas of: teambuilding, effective communication, leadership, managerial skills, employee retention strategies, conflict resolution and stress management in the workplace. I hold a master’s degree in social work so I come to you with professional expertise in the following areas: counseling people and helping them set goals and determine their next steps for strategy implementation and alignment, understanding what drives human behavior, helping people develop life skills for personal effectiveness and victorious living as well as coaching people through milestones and transitions.
Out of my 20 plus years of professional experience coaching, counseling, consulting and designing and facilitating workshops all around the country, I developed a series of training courses designed to help organizations help their employees develop emotional agility skills and increase their wellbeing at work so that they can thrive in their roles.
