Chapter 1: The Challenges Of Training From Home
So, what are the challenges of training from home? Nothing could be simpler than staying in shape when you have a bench press right in your own home, right?
Unfortunately, it is not that simple, and there is a reason why most people will begin by going to the gym. The first challenge is simply stocking your home with the necessary equipment. It is possible to get in great shape using only bodyweight training, and we will go over this in greater detail later. However, in order to achieve quick muscle building results, training equipment is beneficial. That means dumbbells, pull-up bars, bench presses, treadmills, and a variety of other items, all of which are expensive, take up a lot of space, and require some basic knowledge to
