About this ebook
This is an e-book, but it is not meant for reading. It is meant to be used as a tool. There is a long list of questions – you will be answering those, and the best way to do it is by writing.
Take a notebook you like and a pen you like writing with. Use those! This is important. Writing isn’t easy, it sometimes comes really hard, but it is important to write it all down. When you commit to writing your thoughts instead of just thinking of those, it lets you get to see all the “why” and “how”. It lets you dig deeper and uncover more. Much more.

How to use this workbook:
In this book you will find a list of questions to bring you closer to uncovering your shadow self.
Sit down and dedicate some time to these questions here – try writing non-stop for 20-30 minutes. It is recommended to come back to what you have written after some time and think about it. Be mindful during these activities, keep track of your thoughts and feelings. It is helpful to minimize all distractions while going through those activities.
Please take your time. Think about each question. Answer with more than yes
or no
. The deeper you dig, the more you are going to uncover!
It is not enough that you acknowledge that a problem exists, you have to work on it, you have to get to the root of it and get rid of it there. That is what shadow work is all about.
The payoff is so worth the work!
Write down all memories you have regarding an issue. Write down all emotions that surface. Let your hand write it all down. Do not judge any of this, do not label it, let it flow. Let it go as deep as
