    Apple-currant tea with honey and cinnamon

    Ingredients

    Apple 2 pieces

    Currant 5 tablespoons

    Honey 1 teaspoon

    Cinnamon sticks one piece

    Preparation

    Defrost the currant. Wash apple, cut and remove the core.

    Squeeze juice from apples and currants, pour into a small pot and warm, not leading to a boil.

    Scald the kettle and send honey and cinnamon to it. Pour boiling water on 1/3, close the lid and leave for a few minutes.

    Pour warmed juice and let the tea infuse.

    Berry smoothies with green tea

    Ingredients

    Frozen cranberries ½ cup

    Frozen blueberries ¼ cup

    Frozen blackberry ¼ cup

    Strawberry 5 pieces

    Bananas 1 piece

    Soymilk ¼ cup

    Green tea ½ cup

    Honey 2 tablespoons

    Cane sugar to taste

    Preparation

    Mix the berries in a blender, add green tea, soy milk and honey.

    Stir well, add sugar to taste and pour berry smoothies with green tea into glasses.
