Orange tea
Ingredients
100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
four teaspoons of black tea
1 l water
50 ml lemon juice
50 g sugar
2 pieces of cinnamon
Honey to taste
10 pieces of carnation
Orange peel
Preparation
Add sugar, spices, and zest to the water, bring to a boil and simmer a little over a small fire.
Add tea, remove from heat and allow some time to make tea, then strain.
Add orange and lemon juice, honey. You can serve both hot and cold with ice.

Orange cold tea
Ingredients
¼ cup of Earl Grey Tea
four cups boiling water
one piece orange
¾ cup orange juice
¼ cup sugar
four cups water
Preparation
With a sharp knife, cut the peel from the orange with slices.
In a bowl, pour tea (or put 12 tea bags) and pour boiling water. Cover and leave for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the tea in a large decanter and mix the orange juice and sugar. Pour cold water and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve with ice, decorating with mugs of
