Rockmelon and Pineapple with Ginger Lime Syrup
Serves 4-6, Prep and Cook 30 mins
1 large lime
2 tblsps caster sugar
2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
2 lemon and ginger tea bags
½ rockmelon (800g), peeled, seeds removed
½ pineapple (600g), peeled, core removed
