Barbara Beery founded Batter Up Kids in 1991, and has since taught thousands of children the joy of cooking through year-round classes, cooking birthday parties and summer cooking camps. She has written almost a dozen cookbooks, appeared twice on the Today Show, CBN with Pat Robertson and her business has been featured in the New York Times and Entrepreneur Magazine, as well as dozens of other local and national publications. Makes 8 to 10 servings

Into a large punch bowl, pour fresh orange juice through a strainer to catch pulp and seeds.

Add cran-apple juice and sparkling water. Stir with a large spoon to blend.
