Apricot Galettes with Spiced Honey Cream

2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 tsps unsalted butter, melted
1½ tblsps apricot jam
2 tblsps almond meal
6 ripe apricots (400g total), cut into quarters, stones removed
2 tblsps icing sugar mixture, plus extra to dust
SPICED HONEY CREAM
300ml tub thickened cream1 tblsp honey½ tsp ground cinnamon¼ tsp ground nutmeg
