150g butter, softened1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp lemon zest1 cup caster sugar, plus ½ cup3 eggs2 cups almond meal¾ cup self-raising flour, sifted2 tbsp lemon juice 1 Nerada Lemon & Ginger Organic Herbal Infusion tea bag1 tbsp lemon juice
