EARL GREY LEMON MAR-TEA-NI V

The sharp, fresh taste of lemon and hot, spicy ginger are counterbalanced by the floral qualities of Earl Grey tea. The egg white gives the drink a rich, creamy texture and a frothy top. While complicated in its flavour profile, this drink is a cinch to make.

• Earl Grey tea• 1 tsp ginger, finely• ½ lemon, juice• 10ml sugar syrup• 1 egg white• Lemon zest, to garnish
