    Phyllis L. Jones is an author and a motivator who lives in Newport News, Virginia. The Tenacity To Do It Anyway is her first book. She is a passionate reader and teaches classes on Learning to Share Your Faith, Evangelism, Discipline of Prayer and Spiritual Gifts and enjoys sharing in the New Members Orientation Classes at Gethsemane Baptist Church (The Transformation Place) in Newport News, VA. Phyllis is also a graduate of Gethsemane’s Bible Institute and the Evans Smith Leadership Training Institute of Virginia Union University. Phyllis has been a speaker at Shalom Baptist Church’s Missionary Tea, at Marvelous Light Ministry “Dare to Be You Conference” and Zion Baptist Church Hampton Prayer Breakfast.
