Year of Transformation

About this ebook
Year of Transformation is designed to help guide you through your own transformation. It is designed to be read over and over again as you record the changes that you are noticing on your own journey. My suggestion is that you read a chapter a month and also answer the questions at the end of each chapter. Remember that there is no rush in transformation so feel free to take your time to reflect on how each chapter awakenings something in you that will help you realize how God sees you and that you were created for greatness.

Transformation Overview
About the Author
To my granddaughter.
One day you'll understand why my transformation was necessary…to be better for you and me.
I love Chip!
Acknowledgments
First, and always first in my life, I thank God for all my lessons and blessings. I know many people start their thank-you speeches with acknowledging God, and I am no different. I could honestly write my complete acknowledgment on how thankful I truly am for my life. These past few years have been tougher than I could even put into words. But God…I don't know where I'd be without God in my life.
I want to thank my family for their support and understanding during my transformation. I know there may have been times when it seemed I was all over the place, but I was trying to figure this journey out.
To my amazing son, Gary, I know lately you had to take on more than anyone could imagine. I want you to know that I appreciate you, and I thank God for you. I see you, son!
To my grandchildren, you babies mean the world to me. It's a true blessing and honor to your grandmother, and I love you to the moon and back!
To my sisters and brothers, I love you all and wish we could make time to just celebrate each other without there being any reason to do so.
To my many nieces and nephews, you all make me smile, and I love you all.
To my dear friends in many parts of the world, I appreciate your friendship, and I am grateful to call you my friend. You know who you are!
To all my readers and followers of my work, I appreciate your support and kind words always. You are the reason why I find it so important to share my story and share my truth.
Let your journey begin!
Introduction
When I started talking to people about Year of Transformation, I never thought that I would literally be talking about my own transformation. I didn't know that I'd be transforming again, at this age, at this time in my life. I never thought that I would be on a journey that would challenge everything I thought was real, all the things I believed in, and the meaning and purpose of my existence.
You see I had already done this part of my life. I had a relationship with God, and I had already lived a life of being lost and trying to find my way back, or to an existence that appeared somewhat familiar. You have to understand that I felt I had already figured it out. I'd pray to God, and He would step in and rescue me like always. This is how I lived my life. I wasn't perfect, and I didn't do everything right. However, trusting God was all I knew to do, and it usually worked. I knew this to be true because it was how I lived and made it through my days. I wasn't raised in a church, but I was taught to pray at an early age; therefore, the introduction to His Greatness was introduced to me as a child. I don't
