Wisdom
My God, the more I know You, the more I find myself in awe of who You are and how You work. You are unlimited and faithful in all Your ways. Your Word is simple and trustworthy. I have seen You in good and bad times. I marvel at your goodness. I am thankful for your love and to be Your child. You are everything to me and I am nothing without you.
To Sally and Nate, you are my greatest purpose a delight to my heart. I love you dearly. To my parents, Joseph and Dorothy. Somehow you trained me for life. Your sacrifices have brought my dreams to a realization. I remember watching you work very hard, which taught me that hard work pays. You maintained gratitude, a positive attitude, and generosity. Your example keeps me going. I thank God for you every day of my life. I love you.
Foreword
A nn Makena is truly inspirational in so many aspects of life. I have had the pleasure to provide pediatric care for Nate and Sally, Ann’s children for the last 3 years. During this time, I have come to understand what a remarkable individual and mother she is. This book is a wonderful demonstration of her resilience. She offers the wisdom and strength she has gained through her life experience and faith to world in this book. She provides everyone with advice and motivation to find one’s inner strength and resilience. The book uses messages of faith in such a meaningful way to guide and instruct people on how to become whole, unbreakable and unstoppable.
An example is, Take time to prepare yourself by practicing good habits that make you solid on inside. This will keep you standing no matter what comes to attempt to knock you down.
Her poignant messages are so important to help navigate the difficult times that every person encounters at some time in their life. Thank you Ann for sharing your wisdom and understanding with all of us.

Preface
L iving from a place of wholeness makes a great difference in the decisions we make concerning our lives. There are three questions we need to ask ourselves regularly; Who I am? Why am I here? How Can I? The mistake we want to avoid is making big decisions from a place of brokenness. When we are broken in spirit, our judgement is not sound. If we are not careful, brokenness can lead to more brokenness and the worse it gets, the more the tendency we have to believe it will never get better.
It is important to start somewhere in making our life solid. It may not happen overnight, but every step you make towards becoming whole is one less step you need to take tomorrow. Becoming whole, unbreakable and unstoppable
will give you some guidance into searching your heart, getting healing and fulfillment for your life.
Acknowledgments
I am thankful to God for making me His child and being Father and the greatest parent I know. I am grateful for whom He is in my life. His unconditional love has sustained me through my life, and His grace has been sufficient in times of need. Because of His grace, I get to share the things I have learned along the journey in various ways on the subject of parenting. I am in awe of God.
Thank you, Steve, my husband and my friend. Your love has helped me be more and more whom God has called me to be. I thank you for your understanding through putting together my writing and bringing them to finish. I love you and appreciate who you are.
I thank God for my children, Nate and Sally. We have been through a lot together, and they have remained trusting of the process. I couldn’t ask for better children to raise. I love them dearly. I am very thankful for their sacrifice through this process even though it may not all make sense. They are delightful children.
Thanks to my parents, Joseph and Dorothy, my siblings Mary, Lucy, Koome, Isabella and their families for a long time of great love and support. Thanks for your support in many ways during the production of this book and knowing that I can always count on you.
Thank you Dr. Milz for reading through the manuscript of this book and writing a very kind forward for it. God bless you for your support of my family.
Thank you Dr. Breningstall for reading through the manuscript of this book and recommending it to buyers. Our family especially Nate are touched by your commitment and kindness.

Introduction
W hat is it like to have contentment of the heart regardless of life circumstances? Does what you believe about yourself make any difference? Paul is one of the people most admired in the Bible. He was a man of passion, no matter where he was. Once he was converted, his purpose
