- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Its a great book for 30 day whole challenging book. Learning approach. Appreciating content. Recommended.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Read the original book and found this summary to be good, important resources could be found easily and quickly with the brief and concise summary.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love all of the Whole30 cookbooks. My favorite part of the original Whole30 book was it's suggested pairings (make it a complete meal) which made your decisions about what to make certain things with much easier. The Whole30 cookbook and this are much more limited in these suggestions which is the only thing I think it lacks. Otherwise, it's another gem! <3
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book helps to eliminate unhealthy foods from your diet, detoxify your body and remove the psychologically unhealthy, hormone unbalancing, and digestively disturbing food from your system if you follow the diet religiously.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Well, this is something new. I don't really care about the food I cook or if it is healthy or not. I just look for a yummy recipe online or in a recipe book but now I want to try this recipe that eliminates unhealthy food.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5the book contains a wide variety of delicious and healthy dishes that would make you love being on a diet.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Cheese and candy fiend (not together-don't be gross) that I was, I never thought I'd be able to give those things up, but it wasn't that hard. Now that I'm not on a strict 30 day stretch, I make periodic allowances for things that were no-no's during the Whole 30- I just don't eat them on a daily or even weekly basis.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Definitely use the book! There's lots of explanations in here and tips and tough love,
