    Ketogenic Diet - CULINARY FIRE

    1. PULLED PORK CHILLI

    Ingredients

    pound pork roast

    garlic cloves, peeled

    cup hot sauce

    tablespoons smoked paprika

    tablespoons garlic powder

    tablespoon chili powder

    tablespoon cumin

    teaspoons cayenne pepper

    1heaping tablespoon red pepper flakes

    lots of salt

    yellow onions, diced

    red bell pepper, diced

    yellow bell pepper, diced

    fire roasted tomatoes

    tomato sauce

    avocado, sliced

    Directions

    Place the pork roast in a crockpot.

    Press a knife into the roast in 4 spots and press the peeled garlic cloves into the holes.

    Add some sauce on the meat.

    Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt.

    Add onions, peppers, tomatoes and tomatoes sauce.

    Cover it and then cook for 8-10 hours on low.

    Garnish it with sliced avocado.

    2. KETO SLOW-COOKER PULLED PORK

    Ingredients

    1 tbsp chili powder

    1 tbsp salt

    1/2 tsp paprika

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1/2 tsp cumin

    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    1/2 tsp trivia or alternative granular sweetener

    3-5 lbs pork shoulder

    2 onion sliced

    4 cloves garlic

    1 cup chicken stock

    1 tbsp liquid smoke

    BBQ sauce.

    Directions
