    Introduction

    The Paleolithic diet is based on what humans are theorized to have eaten in the Paleolithic era 10-15,000 years ago. Go back to basics by eating real food that is available in our natural environment. The diet focuses on whole natural foods including meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, nut and eggs. If the food is processed, modified or refined, it is no longer Paleo.
