Golden Mango Smoothie Bowl

A delicious Golden Mango Smoothie Bowl which is wonderful for gut health and your gut immunity to keep you happy and healthy.

Makes: 1 smoothie bowl

1 frozen banana
1 tsp Supercharged Food Golden Gut
Blend or use ¼ tsp
turmeric, ¼ tsp
cinnamon & 1 tsp vanilla
½ cup coconut yoghurt or full-fat dairy yogurt for non-vegan option
½ cup frozen mango chunks
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp flaxseed meal Pinch salt
Splash almond or coconut milk
Optional toppings: hemp seeds, flaxseeds, coconut flakes, mango slices

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, adding small amounts of liquid as required to get it to a thick and creamy consistency. Top with your toppings of choice.
