It is a solution to keep and support your balance when you grow older. According to the research, daily exercise plus physical activity throughout an individual's life are able to prevent the onset of diseases that are associated with obesity and sedentary habits. Also, there is an astonishing amount of proof proving that exercise is a chief player in physical health, reduction of the disease, emotional health, longevity and mental health.

    So, you have to go through a daily exercise after you reach the age 40. If you perform moderate exercise daily after reaching 40, you may be able to cut the chance of developing the metabolic syndrome that increases diabetes risk and cardiovascular disease.
